It provides acquisition, control of compliance and reliability, standardization and synchronization of data provided by measuring units, collecting and detailed analysis of this data.

It contains data about the state of technical infrastructure objects during the whole life cycle.

It provides reliable data in sufficient volumes to other information and analytical systems of the RZD JSC, to the systems for technic and economic analysis and making of managing decisions in order to ensure the efficient control of railway traffic infrastructure.

It has got an open and scaled architecture oriented on web-technologies. It provides the unique data access for users and external applications.
External applications of the system «EXPERT»
Definition of non-stable stabway based on long-term monitoring of track profile condition. Monitoring is carried out based on measuring data, provided by measuring devices.
Monitoring of Stabway condition
Maximal acceptable running speed, barrier points and reasons for these places are defined based on actual standards. It is possible to evaluate changes of average speed on the track, when eliminate the barrier points.
Definition of maximal acceptable running speed
Analysis of wear dynamic, forecasting, evaluation of necessary resources for rail replacement.
Monitoring of rail side wear
Complex solution for monitoring and analysis of continuous welded rail track, forecasting and definition of problems, including, dangerous zones, where track distortion is possible.
Complex analysis of pre-failure condition of continuous welded rail track KAPS BP
Based on measuring data about status of track geometry it’s possible to define speed of track degradation, to forecast condition worsening and to define pre-failure state timely, to plan repair works and to evaluate repair works quality).
