In addition, other diagnostic systems are being installed on the diagnostic complex, which are used to expand the operational potential of existing equipment (DFZ), as well as to replace it.
The system has been in operation in Switzerland since 2018.

gDFZ complies with modern regulatory requirements for infrastructure. Measuring systems are also used as a  basis for SBB industrialization, as well as for optimizing the ratio of manual and automated condition monitoring. The result is versatility of application, as well as great potential for further developments, for example, automated diagnostics of switches.

The open structure of the system allows connectivity to any measuring systems (flexible expansion of the structure).

gDFZ forms the basis for future requirements, in particular, the central system is adapted to the expansion of use in the measurement and diagnostic field.
